So, I've been hearing Christmas carols on the radio lately.
Personally, i love the Christmas season. Carols, food, eggnog, and decorations. Who could forget snow? But is it too early?
In my opinion; Thanksgiving is a useless holiday. A bunch of Native Americans met up with a bunch of Calvinists and survived together. Then the Native Americans died out and the colonists conquered America over the next 200 years. What's to celebrate?
But still, being 43 days away from Christmas, I think it's a tad too early. But that's not going to make me grumpy hearing some different song son the radio every now and then. I've already started my Christmas list, not to much surprise, yet it still surprises me slightly.
So, fellow NewGround members, what do you think of Christmas? Do you think it's too early to be thinking about the most wonderful time of the year? Do you celebrate a different holiday? Hannakuh? Kwanza? Excuse my spelling if i spelled either of those wrong. What do you want this time around? Do you like winter?
So many questions, feel free to answer any of them, or all of them. Also; 1987 Rockefellar Tree.
EDIT: Just realized, 2 months and 7 days until i turn 15 years old. Awesome.

But thanksgiving is an excuse to eat the best food all year 'round!
The mentality behind thanksgiving is fucking stupid.

Eh. I don't eat poultry, or meat. So really, it's just lots of pasta, which I LOVE, and mashed potatoes, which I LOVE.
Still, Thanksgiving is a bullshit holiday. I guess i don't like it because it involves travel, at least in my family. I don't like travel, at all.
